BACKUP /IMAGE somewhere else (which gets you a backup, too), then 
BACKUP /IMAGE back onto the still-failing disk if you really want to 
waste your time and further risk your data.    Otherwise, swap the 
disk.  As for BADBLK.SYS and bad block handling, see
