A lot of our problems is that most of the customers who have big 
problems cannot or want not say a word about it : "non disclosure" has 
two consequences :
- you say to your competitors you are in troubles,
- you loss a chance in your negociations with HP to get the "big indemnity".

So, for BaseStar, a riddle ? How would you name a place from where sort 
of coach are boild (and no, not Harward Business School).
