Didn't Digital buy DECdocument back from Touch Tech (was it them that
got it in first place ?)

I still recall Palmer proudly announcing the sale and the fact that DEC
would now be using some new document software on Windows, only to be
forced to backtrack when confronted with the reality that DEC Document
was used extensively within DEC and converting all the docset would cost
megaucks and yield 0 payback.
