Note that it's referring to Python 3, which I'm not sure ever had
working VMS support. Python 2.7.6 is still available at
<http://www.vmspython.org>. While Python 3 is supposed to be the future
of the language, adoption has been slow and Python 2.x is still in
widespread use.
