The CD's has nothing with any licensing to do, as far as I know.
A number of years ago I sold a lot of CD sets (both OS binaries
and LP kits), and I had no troubles... :-)

B.t.w, "openvms cd" gets a number of hits on eBay. But very few
are sold, proabably due to the totaly unrealistic prices!

I remember selling all my kits as $0.01 auctions and letting
"the market" setting the "right price"...
