Talk about NIH Syndorme...
And we come full circle again. Because you find something difficult
everyone must find it that way? As I have said numerous times in the
past, the HELP style of online documentation is common enough that
it is hard to imagine that unix types have never encountered it. It
is trivial to write. (I could do it in COBOL!!) And yet, no one has
ever bothered to come up with one for Unix. Oh wait, I remember one
now. To go along with their MSDOS Shell Tandy had a DOS Style HELP
command that provided documentation for the MSDOS Shell on all their
XENIX (aka Unix SYSIII) systems. In my experience supporting users
on these systems I found both to receive the same reception from the
uswers.
