Your options are:

1. Get the info-server software running on your Alpha and serve the 
media with VAX/VMS on it, and do a network install.

2. Install VAX/VMS on SimH, form a cluster with the new VAX and then 
copy the disk to the Alpha.

3. It can also be done by making an image back of the VAX/VMS 
distribution disk and then creating the system root and manually 
configuring the clustering files on the disk and adjusting either
DECNET/MOP or LANCP to point to that disk.  But if you knew how to do 
that you would not need to ask, and if you do not know how, it would 
take longer for me to write out the procedure from my memory than I have 
time for, and I would probably miss a critical step.
