Why don't you do that?

You've already been told where the specs are and what the differences 
from the specs are.

Get off your arse, and update the program.

The first change would involve the volume-format constant.  That's what 
that code is checking when it returns that not-ODS-2 error.

Given the filename you're reporting, you may not even have to tangle 
with the ODS-5 stuff beyond that, too.
