Unless your newsreader is badly broken just hit Reply By Email however
it is called.

"Sender:" is never valid for email.  I believe it is inserted by the
News Server.  "From:" is the norm, unless there is a "ReplyTo:" which
takes precedence.

This is USENET, not rocket science.
