I get $44.95.

Sorry, I guess I am just too honest.  I don;'t think these cards are
worth $70-$100.  If someone actually wants to pay that kind of extortion
for me to send it there, I'm willing.  But I want anyone who is interested
to know what the cost is going to be up front.
