Expect them to get higher and higher as the USPS moves ever closer to
bankruptcy.  What other company can you think of who thinks the way to
increase business is to reduce service and increase prices.

Hans, if your still reading this is $23 for shipping acceptable?
If so, I will box it up and send it your way.  Easiest way to
exchange the money might be PayPal.  Do you do that in Europe?
