If support has been announced, it's been one of the quietest hardware
product support announcements around.
I'd expect HP would want to sell a few of these new i4-class boxes, too.
I'm going by the (lack of) OpenVMS in the QuickSpecs and related details:

http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/14464_div/14464_div.pdf
The top item at the OpenVMS web site <http://www.hp.com/go/openvms/> is
support for the i2 server, too.
It's certainly possible support is latent, but I don't have an i4-class
box handy in the "hardware zoo" to try a bootstrap.

There are OpenVMS installations on Poulson around, but I don't know how
many or how widespread.
