   That could be a bootable tape.  They were slow, but they worked.
   They are not BACKUP savesets, so BACKUP can't read them.  For tape,
   backup can only handle savesets.

   COPY can handle these files.

   Just keep the files in the same order.  Or, look for old writeups on
   a more efficient order.
