[Info-vax] WTB/WTT: DPS-75TB PSU

Does anyone have a Delta Electronics DPS-75TB, 75.24 W, power supply
unit, perhaps a spare one and willing to sell/trade it? To clarify,
it's the one found in the Digital Multia/UDB, or the VX40 of mine at
least. Mine has never worked 'fine' (although I usually assumed that
whatever issues were caused by other cabling and, prior to a new fan,
heat), but recently I've found out that the biggest and (randomly)
reoccurring issue is the PSU.

I'd feel more comfortable with simply a 'new' one (i.e. replacement,
either used/refurbished/whatever... as long as it works). If all
fails, I can always pick up the soldering iron and continue soldering
on.

One of the things seems to be the fact that the wires are heavily worn,
with little movement cutting off power (which I've established after
some tests). The main culprits seem to be the mainboard wires. My
guess is years and years of twisting, or having been in a bad twisted
position, combined with all the heat (the previous owner[s] didn't
bother with a fan upgrade/replacement either). The way these wires
are twisted also doesn't improve the situation much.

(A whole new system, or partial system with working PSU at least)
may also be an option, although I'd probably rather consider a
similarly sized DEC 3000-series system or AlphaPC 164LX.)

It's somewhat ironical that the system has been working so well,
especially since the new fan, the new disk, new external HD50
SCSI port (where the cable actually will latch onto, finally),
with working audio with MME... and then this happens. I wonder,
has anyone else faced this problem before?

Either way, thanks in advance.
