And as English seems at best to be other than a first language, he's 
going to really have fun trying to determine what you meant to type ..

But what you meant to type is absolutely correct.

Which brings up a related question.

It's always been my impression that there are only 3 methods which 
allows anything to be done on VMS.  Interactive login to a user account, 
detached process using a user account for authentication, and batch, 
which logs into a user account.  I know of no way to do anything on VMS 
without authenticating against a user account.  Even an SSH connection 
authenticates against a user account, I think, even if it uses a 
certificate authentication.

Is there any other methods that I'm ignorant of?
