FYI, the RSX-20F manual is here:

It smells more than a little RSX-11M, and they briefly runs through what 
changes to -11M that -20F actually went through. It's not much.
Mostly device driver changes, as well as some adjustments for the DTE 
interface and the CLI they use called PARSER, which is (I guess) more 
friendly to the PDP-10 handicapped people. :-)

But the tools in there are the same, with the same basic format and 
switches, except that -20F is rather limited. Not surprising, 
considering that it is an unmapped system.
