[Info-vax] DE500 and autonegotiation

I have DE500 cards in an XP1000 and in 2 PWSs.  On the XP1000, it 
autonegotiates to 100 Mb/s full duplex at startup, but on the PWSs (what 
I assume is) the same card comes up at 10 Mb/s half duplex.  Is there 
any way I can get something better on the PWSs, preferably 100 Mb/s full 
duplex (which I gather is the most I can expect from this card)?  If so, 
can it be done from VMS or must it be done at console level?
