The prime use of VMS, applications. Applications that can not be easily
ported elsewhere, and are doing the same fine job now as they did in the
past.
I'm not concurring with the statement about data storage, though it
really depends upon what data.
Downtime is NOT an option. If it may be for you does not mean it is for
me. Or my customers.
