It's in the 8.4 HELP, but not in the 8.3 HELP, so I assume 8.4.

$ sh sys/noproc
OpenVMS V7.3-2  on node JANDER   2-JAN-2013 20:33:33.41  Uptime  0 23:

$ write sys$output f$getdvi("sys$disk","mountcnt_cluster")

It's not in HELP. Perhaps in a patch which came out after hobbyist
access was cut off.  :-|

To me, it seems like the multiuse stuff offers much more functionality
than the traditional minicopy that I'm surprised it didn't come out
earlier.
