[Info-vax] DE500 and autonegotiation

It worked to change it so 100 and FD in LANCP.  Now I have a fast 
cluster!  :-)

One one node, I changed it at the console.  On another, I didn't think 
quickly enough and did it while logged in over LAT.  :-(  It took a 
while, and there were a few hiccups, but nothing serious.

At the next reboot, I'll change it at the console.
