The best of the bunch in my experience was the DEC one which came with 
Pathworks.  I don't think it was available as a stand alone product, or 
if it was it was too expensive, because when we dropped Pathworks we 
also had to drop that.

I had the job of testing replacement product and refused to sign it off.
Apparently the latest release had dropped some security feature that our 
environment required, so we ended up with a cobbled together mishmash of 
2 versions.

It was threatening to get rather ugly but fortunately I had a boss with 
a lot of clout who got it sorted out.
