From a local xterm or DECterm I can get a local shell/CLI prompt
and start an ssh.
From VTstar all I get is a menu for TELNET or serial connections.
Haven't found a way to get a DOS command prompt.
Of course, I only know this because I have to use MS stuff they put
on my desk.
