[Info-vax] troubles with quorum disk

as SDA show me the last time stamp for the quorum disk, i think that the quorum file already exists and that the disk is correctly mounted.

that's the idea. I want my cluster to run with at least one node but the quorum disk is mandatory. hence the nodes voting 1, the QD voting 2 and the expected votes 3.
