[Info-vax] CSWS_PHP version?

I just saw, that over a month ago, OpenVMS engineering released a new
version of CSWS_PHP for AXP/I64 (and also sources):

 http://openvms.compaq.com/openvms/products/ips/apache/csws_php_5217_relnotes.html

but it seems, that this version isn't new at all

	CSWS_PHP V1.2-1		=> ?
	CSWS_PHP V1.3		=> 4.3-10
	CSWS_PHP V2.0		=> 5.2-6
	CSWS_PHP V2.1		=> ?
	CSWS_PHP V2.20		=> 5.2-13
	CSWS_PHP V2.20-1	=> 5.2-17
	CSWS_PHP V5.2-17	=> 5.2-17

What did I miss (or did they really need many months just to rename the kit)?
