Fibre Channel SAN reserves allocation classes one and two for FC
disks and FC tapes, respectively. When establishing a new
configuration, it is best to reserve these classes for a future FC
   implementation.

Allocation classes one ($1$DGAu: devices) and two ($2$MGAu:
devices) are always used by FC disk and FC tape, respectively.
There is no way to change these allocation class assignments.
