Can't see why. TCP/IP uses whatever MAC address you have. If it's been
modified or not by DECnet don't make a difference to TCP/IP.
What would upset TCP/IP would be if it is started before DECnet, and
DECnet then changes the MAC address for an already running TCP/IP.
