[Info-vax] backup /image on Windows or Unix?

Actually, for post XP Windows (Vista, Win 7, Win 8), the defragger is 
automatic.

Interestingly, the Windows defrager (introduced in Windows 2000) is a 
stripped down descendant of the Windows version of Diskeeper.
