[Info-vax] Changed Boot behavior on XP1000 since 2013

I've posted instructions over in the HP Support Forum on how to find
the date & time values as read from the DALLAS DS1287 TOY clock during
the SET TIME operation (routine READ_SYSTEM_BBW). This first attempt
to further diagnose this problem tries to determine, if the date &
time provided by the TOY clock are correct. If they are, this would be
an OpenVMS problem. If they aren't, it would be a HW/Firmware problem
and chances for a solution would be pretty low..

Don't be afraid of using XDELTA ;-)

Please report your results for the various Alpha systems affected by
this problem, please include the SRM firmware version.
