Never mind, scratch the above, that points to the same thing (a
'literal' search which sadly failed).

Well, in that case, I don't know where you should get it.  If you
are fortunate enough to have any kind of support (e.g. contract)
of HP, then you should contact them.  Alternatively, I /may/ have
a copy of it and willing to 'borrow' it with you (on purely non-
commercial "Hobbyist" grounds, of course).
