The Printing status suggests that the data is being transferred to the printer.  If that path was blocked, the status would read "Stalled".  Second, given that the data is being tranferred, it suggests that the connections are correct and functioning.  I would look at the printers themselves at this point.  While it is a bit odd that both printers would fail in the same manner at the same time, it is possible.  Try resetting the printer, verify its settings and try again.
