And my mistake, it should have read:
$ filename = filenameprefix + "_" +
F$fao("!19AS",F$cvtime(,"COMPARISON")) - "-" - "-" - " " - ":" - ":" +
".dmp"
That was, two dashes, a space, two colons, and then add some...
