Please don't depend on the contents of the LP disk for that 
determination,  Rather, please MOUNT /OVERRIDE=ID the CD-ROM with teh 
distro, and look around on the install disk and see if you have a copy 
there.  IIRC, the TCP/IP Services kit was resident on the VAX disks, 
and was seperately installed.
