What is the judge supposed to use judgement about? There is no contest 
about the copyright. It does not disappear, no matter how much you do 
not defend it.

And I still feel it depressing that people are very willing to suggest 
that others risk their financial situation, but none of these people 
seems to be willing to risk their own.
