[Info-vax] Problem with patch access with support contract.

Hi.

There was a note on the WASD maillist earlier today
that the patch access had problems.

I now noticed that this is true for me to, even if
we have an active support contract until 31-12-2013.

The HP pages just says that "you need an support contract".

I have use the "contact" page on the patch pages and are
waiting for a response.

I can login and get to the page where you select platform:

Find individual patches
Search for patches for any system.

     HP-UX Requires contract
     OpenVMS Requires contract   <<===  !!
     Tru64 UNIX Requires contract
     MPE/iX
     Linux
     Windows
     Patches for applications on other platforms
--------------------------------------------

I can go to my profile and see the active support contract.

To quote the original poster on the WASD mail list:
