Someone (Craig, IIRC) was wondering earlier on if the problem had been
fixed because they could get access. I can confirm that this problem
still exists at the time of this posting because I've just tried again
and still cannot get access to the patches.

It would be interesting to know what percentage of VMS contract customers
are affected and why those customers are affected.

IIRC, it's just Volker and Craig who have reported success accessing the
patches. Are you two using a normal paying customer contract account or
are you using some HP internal account authorisation ?
