[Info-vax] OSU server and scripts

First, I am STILL running the server without DECnet. (Since I don't
need DECnet for anything else, I haven't bothered setting it up. How
"bad" is it to use the MBXNET stuff instead?) Is it possible to run
scripts?

If so, what do I need to get things working? Probably I just need to
edit some files.

It MIGHT work more or less out of the box, but I made one important
change to the default setup: I don't have the server software in the
login directory of the account running the web server. Rather, the
server software is on a software disk and SYS$LOGIN of the account is on
a user disk. WWW_SYSTEM is defined as a search list with the second
translation the usual one and the first one WWW_ROOT:[SYSTEM] (where
WWW_ROOT is SYS$LOGIN of the account running the server). (The idea
behind this is that it separates files distributed with the server from
my own stuff, especially useful when upgrading the server. I think this
setup should be the "default" one, i.e. mentioned in the setup
instructions.)
