[Info-vax] DNFS1ACP using 100% of CPU

….and defining the name, system wide, as FALSE also did nothing.

And I shutdown the FTP server, killed the local logs, restarted the 
server and then restarted the local client copying to it.

So, I have misunderstood the documentation (likely) or something else 
if broken (possible)
