This sounds like one of the cables I have that I still have left
as a remainder of one of the two DS10s I used to own.  So, in
that case, I still have one of these cables, Compaq-branded.
Interested?  You can have it for the price of shipping.  I can
put it in an envelope.  (If you want to give me a symbolic sum
