It's not off-topic for me, as LK-series keyboards make
most sense in conjunction with terminals and physical
systems (things VMS has been particularly neglected for,
in the last few decades); it'd be useful to be able to
use one on a non-VMS system (e.g.) through SSH.

Which layout (e.g. QWERTY, QWERTZ, AZERTY; UK, US, etc.),
localization and (not that should probably matter) phys.
interface (i.e. PS/2 or USB) does it have?

What does the "Remove" key do at the moment? For me (on
a QWERTY UK-layout, USB, LK463; which is the one I have
up for sale, by the way) that seemed to work, even under
Windows.

That's awkward, I must say. Well, it didn't happen with
my LK463. I haven't tried my LK46W-A2, maybe it behaves
the same as your LK461.
