Phillip,

I don't think there was an explicit statement in the release notes documenting the changes to the smtp server configuration.  I think you can find an engineering note in the HP Support Center Knowledgebase though.  The TCPIP$SMTP_FROM logical is still supported and it may be the only TCPIP$SMTP prefixed logical that is supported.
