Yes, I believe so. The keyboard is currently in storage,
but I can look it up for you if you're interested. It's
certainly not QWERTZ, AZERTY and a proper "English" layout
(I thought UK, but the LK-series US and UK layouts don't
seem to differ as much as PC layouts).
It looks identical to the keyboard in the picture below,
despite being a picture of an LK464 (which, from what I
remember reading on HoffmanLabs, mostly differs from the
LK463 in used manufacturing materials).

Island Co. calls the above layout "US English", while to
me it looks like UK English (with the big "Return" key,
although --- as I remarked above --- that seems to make
little or no difference, all the LK-series keyboards I
have/had seem to look the same, also pictures of these
keyboards I've encountered over the years on the 'net).
