If a group manages to gain enough credibility, they could convince
Oracle to help fund the port (on top of Oracle porting RDB).

Getting Oracxle's support might also help because Oracle was donated
many key VMS technologies.

However, Oracle already has Sun/Solaris systems. Might not be interested
in VMS at all.
