Knowledge of just what Linux can do (I can't envision many folks will 
find a migration to any proprietary UNIX to be attractive at this point 
in time) won't be enough -- to migrate OpenVMS applications will also 
require knowledge of what the functions used to do on OpenVMS.

So the most valuable migration experts will be the ones who know both 
OpenVMS AND Linux (or OpenVMS AND Windows, if that should be the 
victim's porting target).
