Well, well !

I hope you'll applaud what we are initiating in France. We don't have 
many knowledge, time, volunteers or money, but we try to help.

(I was not very present on your web meetings because what I'm doing un 
france takes a lot of time).

What have we done :
1) creating an in-depth survey about OpenVMS future ; Sue Skonetsky 
supports this initiative ; 15mn for VMS answering it

2) paying for a phone campaign in france (about 5000 €) for an abstract 
of our result, results here :

3) trying to renew ties between VMS friends in Europe, notably with 
Swedish community, which had a strong reaction after the June bug

4) creating on our site a forum, where actions, ideas, information could 
be exchanged ; every VMS friend is welcomed ; just go and invent !!! :
