Ummm..  No he is not.  You must have missed:
  "most of the interfaces carrying IP traffic display "possible duplex
   mismatch" when running the SHOW DEV/INT command."

Seems rather plain to most of the people here who have already told him
where to look for the problem.

I agree with Scott Dorsey's solution 100%.
