Double-quote the SMTP email address specification in that MAIL command, 
or the @ probably won't produce the results you expect.

If they don't want to fill it in, they can ^Z it or tap return on it.  
Either will bypass that prompt.  Lack of RESTRICTED and ^Y means the 
mail won't always be sent.

But what and how you structure that DCL and that login is your 
business's business.
