An upstart wirelesss carrier called Mobilicity in Canada is currently
under CCAA (canadian equivalent to US chapter 11 bankruptcy protection).

One advantage of such proceedings is that a lot of dirty laundry is aired...

Mobilicity was interesting because everything was outsourced, from the
wireless network (outsourced to Ericsson) to accounting/IT/systems which
was outcources to a company called AMDOCS.

AMDOCS has filed a motion because it isn't getting paid to continue to
produce essential services during CCAA period. (while a supplier loses
unpaid bills at time of CCAA filing, it expects to be paid during CCAA
period).

At the very bottom of the filing is a detailed inventory of the software
that is being used/supplied. Most is on HP-UX, some on Sun Solaris,
Linux and some on Windows.

There is also the contract between Mobilicity (DAVE) and AMDOCs for
provision of data centre facilities (RACK SPACE, UPS ETC)

While this is not related to VMS, I figured it might be handy to some as
such contracts are rarely made public and may give some ideas/guidance
of what to put in their contracts should the need arive.
