Just a fyi, while I agree the native TCPIP stack is lacking in the IPV6
area, the readers of this list should also be aware that Multinet
(commercial TCPIP stack from OpenVMS partner - Process Software) 
does offer a fair amount of additional IPV6 support features that 
includes IPsec.
