I spent several, recent past, years in executive mode working on the Attunity
RMS CDC product and, in my spare time, I've moved farther from kernel central
to supervisor mode to create the DCL debugger.  Of course, if you're situated
in the outlying region (ie. in user mode), supervisor and executive modes can
still be considered inner modes. ;)
