If the pay is deemed sufficient, the necessary help becomes available.

If it's FORTRAN and not Fortran source code, you'll probably need to 
offer hazard pay. :-)

Or one of the usual suspects around here can potentially be placed on 
retainer to provide maintenance and updates, depending on the 
requirements and expectations.
